1040 has had this for the last few versions (6 months?), generally (for me at least) it actually works for both up and down loads even when the "Sync Fails" message shows, there has been a few forum topics on this including in the beta forums, doesn't seem to be something that should be hard to fix whatever was broken a few versions ago?
