530 No GPS, help

Here are the versions on my Edge 530

Software Version 9.75

GPS Version 0.00

WLAN Version 2.10

Connect IQ Version 3.3.6

EPO: Missing

I have 2x 530s and I dont know the last time Ive used this one.

I've done a hard reset (saved user data) and set up the Edge device again, but it still keeps doing the updates and not finding satellites.  

I've re-installed Garmin Express with the latest version and synced the device there.  Still no luck.

I've synced with the Connect app on my phone.  No luck.

I've taken the files from my working 530 and it didnt help.

What can we do? This is very much a copy of Alpvista's post but no one helped him out.

    OK, everything I did was not working because I was inside my house. 
    I took the Garmin outside and restarted it, then it did the satellite update and then it worked!

    So it needed to update outside and talk with the satellites, that's my fault for thinking I had signal inside, but watching it with another Garmin I was able to know for sure it had signal.
