Hello!
Since my iPhone got Garmin Connect 5.15 I see every few minutes this message. It is annoying. And dangerous. The unimportant "Edge Connection Established" message distracts from turn- and sharp-bend warnings!. I'm currently in the mountains which reduces cell phone coverage. Is it possible that Connect App now complains with a message about missing and returning cell coverage? It shouldn't. That's a regular condition change in mountains.
The following workaround are not considerable:
* Turn off notifications for Garmin Connect itself. Which sadly turns also of crash detection? At least Connect complained.
* Limit notifications on Edge itself Calls & Messages. Messages doesn't cover apps like Signal, Matrix and so on. Garmin seems to collect everything below "Other".
Anyone else affected?
PS: I think the Edge devices shall never display *any* notification which comes from Garmin Connect itself. What is the point about telling me, that the last ride is now available on Garmin Connect. I've it on the Edge! And the Edge told me before, that it finished the upload seconds before. There is no need to inform me two or three times about the very same thing.
