Impossible to add new EU maps to Edge 530

Hi,

I just bought the new Topoactive map for EU in order to install it on my US bought Edge 530.

Seems like there is no way to have enough space on the device to install the new maps which - from my understanding - CANNOT be split between Western Europe etc (the map size is larger than the device overall storage capacity)

Basically it makes the new TopoActive EU maps incompatible with the Edge 530.

Anyone else having the same issue ? If so, then why is the 530 listed as compatible with the new topoactive maps ?

    I keep getting EU topoactive 2025.10 prompt to install, installing and next time i connect it asks again.

    Worst is the state of my 530: unable to navigate to saved location due to "error calculation" and this really breaks my head.courses still works so maps must be installed.

    Hi, just connect the 530 to your computer, delete all map files (.gma, .sum, and .unl), disconnect the 530 from computer, reconnect the 530, open Garmin Express and install maps.

    Job done
