Invalid ride summary

Just finished a long ride. Summary says

"Invalid 1193:02:47"?

The upload seems to work (ie no error on the device) but the activity does not show on my app.

Can you fix please?

Someone may be able to help if you post a copy of the original fit file here or you could try running it…

Absolutely no answer whatsoever. Really not good enough. Please can you ans garmin.
