Cycling Coach Plan not syncing to Edge 530

Hi all, I created a training plan for cycling in Garmin Connect and now have daily workouts I can see in the App and the Web. 

* It has automatically synchronized the workout on my Forerunner 965 watch.

* It failed to synchronized to my Edge 530 (the sync succeeds but nothing showing up in Training plan widget

One interesting behavior i noticed is that:

* If i created the plan as "Garmin Cycling Coach" type, it can be sync'd to my 965 watch but cannot be sync'd to Edge 530

* If i created the plan as "Race Plan" type, it can be sync'd to my 965 watch and it c an also be sync'd to Edge 530

    It doesn't work for me as well. I really think about selling and not using edge anymore since there is more issues with it than it's worth. It's incredible how such a big company as garmin can produce such a *** software.

    Today I tried just using Garmin Connect to create a training plan using the "Coach" and syncing it to the 530, it does not work. It flashes up you must use the "Garmin Mobile App" or use "Garmin Express. Garmin Connect will not sync on its own to a 530.

    When I opened up Garmin Express, without doing anything, it informed me that I had updates and it automatically installed onto the 530 the training plan and I was able to see every stage of the plan as it did it and when I booted up the 530, the training plan was there.

    I have used garmin mobile app to sync, but it didn't work. Mobile app see the plan, but sync doesn't add anything to edge 530. I don't really use garmin express and coach plans used to work for me some time ago.

    I have now tried two devices with Garmin mobile app installed and neither can sync with a 530. They try to, but they just hang.

    But the moment i use Garmin Express it syncs instantly and transfers the workout plan.

    After yesterdays debacle and could not get Garmin Mobile App to work no matter what I did, this morning before my ride, I tried it again and set everything up from scratch, again!!!! and now found it will sync and upload training plans to the 530.
