When I physically connect my Edge 530 to my Apple M1 laptop (running the latest Apple system software, Sonoma 14.6.1), and I double click on the Garmin icon, I see a few small files, plus a folder called Garmin. However, when I double clicked the Garmin folder, I saw no content at all. I tried doing a reset on the Edge 530 and re-trying it. This time, I could see a list of sub-folders inside the Garmin folder, but when I clicked on 'Activities', this sub-folder appeared to be empty, even though when I looked on the device itself, my list of activities is still there. Ideally, I want to copy some of my old rides onto my computer before I delete them from the Edge 530. Has anyone else encountered this issue with Macs? How do I solve it?
