Heat acclimation not working, suggestions?

Hi,

  I'm getting all zeros on my Heat Acclimatization (HA) graph in Garmin Connect. Past few rides have started at ~85F and peaked to >100F, but HA graph consistently shows 0. I'm pretty sure 0 is not the correct number ;-)

These are the Garmin Connect web graphs for a 60mi ride on 7/7/24:

...and this is the Heat Acclimation graph for the past week, again showing 0 for the 7/7/24 ride::

 I have Garmin Connect on my iPhone, and it looks like it's getting weather data OK from KPVF (local airport).

Any idea what I'm missing?

    Success! What I was missing:

    - I made sure the 530 was paired with the iPhone for the entire ride

    - I opened the Garmin Connect app on the iPhone before I started the ride, and kept it open for the entire ride.

    Once I did these 2 things, I saw the weather data on the 530's status page for the entire ride, and got a "Heat Acclimatization = 10%" notice at the ride end.
