Livetrack is not working

Livetrack is not working. Garmin shows me the message that livetrack is started, but it does not send out a email to my contacts. 

Or they receive the mail,  hours after the lifetrack has finished. 

Has this also an issue to the emergency function after a crash?

    I did a ride last night and it looks like the email notification and Garmin live track worked properly.  but I just realized that the Strava beacon that is linked did not do the text message notification.  I just opened my phone GC app and it looks like there was a recent major update and I had to confirm some things.  Maybe that will put things back to normal for next ride.  Settings looked like everything was right as far as Strava Beacon linked, etc.
