Garmin 530 intermittent freeze

Hi, I have a garmin 530 (software version 9.75) which has started to intermittently freeze. If I stop the ride and switch off the garmin for a few seconds and then restart the device it mostly starts working again but clearly super annoying. Any thoughts - I was going to reinstall the firmware as a start and looking for that but other ideas appreciated.

After an activity, I always reset the device (long press on the power button until it shuts down and restarts).

Otherwise, it will spontaneously restart during activities, lose sensor connections, etc…

With the resets, it works perfectly.
