list of all compatible file types (FIT, GPX, Etc.)

I have been searching for a comprehensive list of all file types supported by the Edge 530; such as FIT, GPX,, Etc.

    Why?

    Courses can be FIT, TCX, and GPX. But these have to be track files (GPX files aren't always track files).

    Maps are IMG. (There are some other file types used for other purposes but they aren't things people generally use.)
