Komoot app unable to reinstall on garmin edge 530

Hi, the Komoot app has been deleted from my garmin edge 530. I don’t remember doing it myself but maybe I did it on accident. I tried to reinstall it but without succes. Every time it said ‘installed and it wil be visible if you synchronise’. But after synchronising the garmin edge, I still did not have Komoot so I can’t start a route. Can someone please explain what I need to do? It is frustrating.

I solved by setting back to factory defaults and re installing komoot

i have exactly the same problem. I didn’t uninstall it as well but it is uninstalled status and re unstall is not working

Just had exactly the same issue on my 530. Has anyone managed to sort this?
