How to get my edge 530 to actually charge again? Battery is dead and will not charge not matter where I try to charge it using different cables.

My overpriced edge 530 will not charge anywhere with any usb cables! Anyway to get it to actually charge correctly before I give up on all Garmin products?

Connect it to power, wait a few minutes, then hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
