How do you update Garmin 530 fireware, without Computer / USB.

I am unable to get a GPS signal and cannot plug into PC. Garmin Connect has no menu to select update firmware, which I think is the underlying issue. Question: how do I update the Firmware without a PC?

Firmware updating, if an update is available, is an automatic process that will occur when syncing through the Connect Mobile app or Garmin Express.

If your device is not responding, first thing to try is a soft reset by holding the power button down for at least 10 sec as per the user manual troubleshooting steps.
