Exercise Prescription compliance using Edge 530

The prescription is based on a NIH published study which calls for 30 minutes exercise while BPM is at 60-89% of HRR (or 77-90% HRmax; or 64-95% VO2max). After reading Edge manuals, I don't think any Garmin Edge model is capable of reporting this data. Put another way, I can't see how to determine after any cycling activity, how much time was spent beating within 60-89% of HRR. Am I missing something in these Edge manuals that describes how to monitor minutes beating at a cyclist/user/physician defined BPM?
