Dropping broadcasting Heart Rate Vivomove Style -Edge 530

Hi,

I have a smartwatch Garmin Vivo move Style where I can broadcast my heart rate to my Garmin edge 530. The vivo move Style is recognized as heart rate sensor and my heart rate is also visible on the edge 530 screen. But the problem is, every 5 seconds (or more or less) or when I move my arm, there is a drop out "sensor disconnected". After a few seconds the sensor is "connected" again and shows the heart rate. Very annoying. Not working. Do you guys have a solution? I have already the latest firmware for both devices.

    We are sorry to hear about your heart rate dropping out. Checking for updates is a good first step. Have you done any other troubleshooting, such as removing this sensor from your Edge and pairing again as if it were new? 

    Has this combination previously worked for you? If so, was there any change recently that happened when this stopped working for you?
