Boot Loop, try every method to factory reset. No result.

Hi, My Garmin is stuck in boot loop, showing the Garmin logo in a loop, I try every method post here to factory reser without result. Any sugestión? Im in the Firmware 9.73.

You could try forcing it into mass storage

Force to Mass Storage:

Power the device off
Press and hold the lap button while plugging into USB
Wait 10 to 15 seconds and device should go to mass storage

I Tried that method again without sucess. The device not enter in mass storage mode.

My Edge 530 is doing the same thing after trying to upload new maps. Same looping situation. It will not power off, just continually looping.

Does Garmin support have an answer to this?
