Garmin express can not add device

Garmin Express on my Windows11 recognizes the device but refuses to add it. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

The problem is from the last 2 updates of Garmin Express, more exactly the version 7.16.1.0 and 7.16.2.0. You must uninstall the software and downgrade to the Garmin Express 7.15. I had the same…

Hello,

The problem is from the last 2 updates of Garmin Express, more exactly the version 7.16.1.0 and 7.16.2.0. You must uninstall the software and downgrade to the Garmin Express 7.15. I had the same problem, are more threads open with this issue from Garmin in the forum and the only solution is to downgrade.
