Over the past 6 months my Garmin Edge 530 refuses to connect to my phone. I have tried it with several phones so I know it’s not a phone issue (iOS and Android). It’s says it’s connected on the phone (BT Edge 530). There is a second paired connection BTL Edge 530 that never connects. However the 530 just stays on searching for phone on the status menu. This means that livetrack and ride uploads are not working. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing many times. Everything says it’s complete with no issues in the connect app.
Please help as it’s really annoying me as it used to work with no issues at all. It has to be something with a software update on the 530.
