does not turn on or charge the battery

does not turn on or charge the battery. It doesn't show any sign of life, not even beep. . I used it 3 times in a total of 2.30h. It has 1 month. Is any solution?

Try a soft reset by holding the power button down for at least 10 seconds.

Already try and nothing. It has no sign or sound . Not even when i put it on charge
