weak GPS signal and wrong time zone

Hi,

I haven't used my garmin edge 530 in a while, and now I'm having trouble to get it back running.

I have successfully synced with my garmin connect app, but even after +30min of waiting in an open field, I can't get a gps lock. (I get only 2 or max. 3 out of the 5 bars of signal strength). Also the time on the edge is exactly 7 hours ahead.

What can I do try and solve this? I have done a full reset of the device, without any luck.

(Software 9.50/ GPS-version 4.80/ EPO: current)
