Strava segments don't appear during ride

Hi all, do you know how to make 530 to download and show strava segments?

the feature stopped to work some time ago.

prereqs: I have strava premium and I star the segments I'd like to see on my garmin.

What I have tried:

1) wipe reset. 

2) unstar all the segments in strava, and star only one (that has no diacritical marks in the name).

3) remove everything from Segments folder on the device and sync one segment

4) download segment using Segment Explorer widget. it actually fails funny just returns "failed to download" as on the pic below. 

5) run a strava route instead of garmin course (or nothing) for navigation to the segment.

nothing helps. Any other ideas what can I do?

6) Also I've tried to transfer segment Edge 530 -to- myEdge 530. the segment works, but shows no map, just a straight line

    Ok, figured out what to do.
    First, disconnect Garmin Connect from strava. Both sides - from Garmin connect and strava.

    then, remove everything from Segments folder on the device. 

    after that need to sync the device,

    then restart the device (or turn off\on)

    connect Strava to Garmin Connect 

    sync the device again. Voila.

    as for "the straight line" instead of navigation. Go Setting -> Training -> Strava Live Segments -> Segment Options and switch toggle Turn Guidance on.
