Strava Live Segment

Hello,

My Strava Live Segment no longer updates with real time performance while in the segment.  I'll be alerted that I'm starting the segment but no stats (pace, time ahead/behind etc) are provided on my screen.  When I first bought the Garmin in March this feature was working just fine but not anymore.

I've tried deleting/reinstalling the Segments and resetting the Garmin itself but nothing seems to work

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

    Did you perhaps disable the segment screen on your activity profile?  Go into settings and navigate to your activity profile -> Data Screens -> Segment and confirm that the slider switch is ON for "Show Screen".  There is also a slider for "pop-up on Segment Approach".  I'll be honest, I don't use or focus much on the live segments so I'm not 100% positive on what these do.  But I think these sliders dictate the behavior you're trying to enable.
