Quick question. Does the Garmin Edge 530 have Instant Power read outs? Only asking as my old Garmin Edge 500 used to do it.
The 3's Power reading doesn't cut it for the short sprint bursts (10-15's) in training.

If you are looking at power during your sprints, you are doing it wrong.
