Edge 530 maps white screen (not working)

I recently bought a new Garmin edge 530 and after I updated the maps on garmin express and make sure all maps are enabled. When I open an activity all I can see on the maps area is all white. No streets, sign or anything. Am I missing a configuration?

If the screen is showing the little blue pointer you might just need to scroll either in or out. You also might want to make sure automatic scrolling is not enabled. I think the Automatic scrolling is only when following a course but disabling it is something to try.
