Edge 530 self-restarts when opening Trailforks

New Edge 530 user here. I can confirm it's on Software Version 9.30, which it probably picked up after I connected and updated it via Garmin Express. One of the features I'm looking forward to using are the Trailforks trails. However every method I use to try to view/use these trails (eg Navigation > MTB Trail Navigation or ConnectIQ>Trailforks) shows a "Log in to your Trailforks account to access mountain bike trail maps" with a "Log In" button. When I click this button, the Edge 530 restarts itself.

I can confirm the Trailforks app is visible in the Garmin Connect and Connect IQ apps on my phone. I've signed up with Trailforks and went as far as installing and signing in to their mobile app on this phone too. So my Trailforks account is active and working.

The Edge also comes preinstalled with an app called "BestBikeSplit" which also presents a prompt: "Open the connect mobile app and log in" and when I press through THAT option on my Edge 530, it triggers and launches the "BestBikeSplit" Garmin Connect app on my phone.

I'm assuming a similar thing should be happening with the Trailforks app, but it doesn't. Instead the Trailforks buttons all trigger a restart of the Edge 530, which is new out of the box. For good measure I've also tried a factory reset of the Edge 530 (even though I hadn't used it for anything yet) and forgetting the device on my phone, and then following the entire setup process from the start again. The problem still occurs.

My Garmin Connect android app is current as of March 30, 2022, and my Garmin Express app on my laptop is the latest v 7.12.1.0, and Edge 530 running Software Version 9.30.
