Why does my 530 show lots of routes in green on my map? It looks a mess and makes my routes difficult to follow as it covers the planned route. Popularity map is turned off.

Why does my 530 show lots of routes in green on my map? It looks a mess and makes my routes difficult to follow as it covers the planned route. Popularity map is turned off, I have deletes all courses off my device.
