Lap summary view

It is very easy:-

Go into your activity profile

Select "Data Screens"

Scroll down until you find "Lap Summary"

Enable "Show Screen" for it to display

Below "Show Screen" is "Lap Summary Field Data", enter that menu and select "Avg Power".

Go back and below "Lap Summary Field Data" is "Layout and Data Fields", enter that menu and change the 4 data field to what is in your picture and when you have finished changing the data fields, ensure you highlight "Done" at the bottom and click on OK.

Then you can return to the start and scroll through the data  pages and it should be displayed.
