My device restarts itself automatically when I turn it on

My device restarts itself automatically when I turn it on, I contacted Garmin support several times, then they tell me that your device is stuck in a so-called boot loop, I tried a way to intercept the restart from a computer that didn't work. Now I'm annoyed that I chose a Garmin device, it's just a pile of company junk

Try the following.

Force to Mass Storage -
Turn unit off.

Hold the lap button while plugging the unit into the USB.

Continue holding the lap button for 30 seconds and the unit should go to mass storage.

???? Just do what aweatherall is advising. He is giving you a method of a forced restart that will likely correct whatever is wrong.

thank you I did what you told me nothing happened the same Is there another solution? How do I do that or did I do it wrong?

You can try a full reset of the unit

Non-prompted Non-Vol Clear - Clears NV and deletes all FIT files including Activities, Courses, Workouts.

Turn device off
Hold Lap/Reset and Start/Stop
Press and release the power button
Continue to hold only Lap/Reset and Start/Stop
Release Lap/Reset and Start/Stop when the Garmin Logo is cleared
The unit will restart and clear non-vol
