HRM Pro Band Intermittent Connection

I just recently ( less than a month) buy the HRM-Pro band since my HRM-Tri has a leakage and didn't work anymore.

I'm having an issue with the Pro, I'm using it with the Edge 530 for indoor training (Tacx Flux), after some minutes it stop broadcasting. It happened also with the Tri but after fews seconds it get connected again. However, with the Pro, it doesn't get connected automatically, I need to remove the strap from my chest, deactivate the sensor from "sensors menu" and activate it again to the back again the Pro band connected. So after several tries I end up broadcasting from my Venu. Someone had this same problem?

  • Only one graph is showing. Given the propensity for 530 (and 830/1030) to drop connections, I would suggest its the 530 side of the connection which is the problem. Yes, people have had this problem before (including me), and yes you can send debugs to Garmin for them to do whatever it is they do apart from fix the problem.
