Cadence value not recording or displaying

For some reason the value of cadence is not showing or recording on my 530. All software is up to date.

I'm using a Duotap speed and cadence sensor.

It is connected and has worked in the past. It currently works properly on an Edge 1000.

I have deleted and reconnected via ANT+ and Blutooth.

I have reset the Duotap.

So why does the value not appear on the 530?

I have suffered with random connection issues during breaks (cake stops) in a ride and had to manually connect the various sensors (gears, lights and controller).

I don't want to reset the 530 unless absolutely necessary as I don't believe that will do anything. Can anybody help?

I have two Duotap speed and cadence sensors. One of mine never recorded cadence, only speed, the other worked perfectly.

When I checked my settings, the one that was not working properly was connected as a Duotap, the one that worked perfect was connected as a speed / cadence sensor.

So I removed the Duotap and reconnected as a speed / cadence sensor and it too then started working perfectly.

Thanks for this but I have connected both ways. The Bluetooth 'Duotap' gives a value of 0, the Cadence/speed (Ant+) fails to return a value.
