"Shifting System Battery Critical" shown on garmin edge 530

Hi Everyone

I just charged my ultegra di2 battery and the battery is 100%. There is no shifting error also. Does it mean something like my battery or the shifter is not working well?

Shifting system in this case just means the one central battery

Which model ultegra Di2? The new 12s has separate batteries for the shifter, i believe.
