530 Edge not connecting to Kalenji Dual HRM (Decathalon) Ant+ Belt

I go Settings > Sonsors > Add Sensor > Heart Rate, the device keeps searching but is unable to find the HR strap. Even though I am able to find the HR monitor when I try to connect via the Stava App on the phone. So it cant be a problem with the strap.

Please help!!

Try turning Bluetooth off on the phone, so that the connection is available for the Edge (BT can only connect to one device at a time).

If the Edge can find it then, it would suggest that the problem is on the ANT+ side (either the Edge or the Kalenji) - do you have any other ANT+ sensors?

Make sure you are in ANT+ pairing mode not BT on the Edge.
