530 can't update maps

Need help, just bought a new device, FW update to ver 9.10. Express shows a cycle map update to 2021.20 but I can't install due to an error. Anyone had it resolved please ?

What version of Garmin Express are you using?

7.1, I updated it yesterday, so I think it is the newest

Make sure the PC has plenty of free disk space for temp files…
