Turn off cycle lanes?

That green line is not a cycle lane.  I suspect it is actually your course.  In the settings for the course see if the always show option is turned on.  If it is turn it off and I bet that green line will disappear.

The cycle lane in that location does not follow the green line and it is the thin dark grey line to the left of the roundabouts.

I dont think it is the route. see below photo, the route is in the middle in pink, but there the green lines everywhere which makes me think the are cycle lanes/tracks. Always display is turned off, what does that do?

The green line wouldn't be the active course. It would be other courses.

Note the red squares and green circles (ends and starts of other courses).

There's an option to "always display" a course.

Clearing out the courses should make all that go away.

Those look more like segments

Of course! they are strava segments! i have disabled all and now they are gone. thanks all. question is now can i still use strava segemnts without them screwing up the map?
