Round Trip Routing option is missing from course navigation screen?

I've been researching units for cycling as this is my first computer, I decided to demo the edge 530 and upon finding the round trip routing option I was immediately sold as I enjoy exploring new routes without worry. I just recently purchased a 530 unit for my own but the round trip routing option is gone.... I can't find it or enable it from any of the navigation settings on the unit. Did I make a mistake during the initial set up ???

None of the button based Edge units support the round-trip routing option. Only the touch screen units like the 830, 1030+ etc do.

You can choose to route "Back to start" on the Edge 530 and it will provide routing back to your starting location. Click on the "..." button (right side, top button) in the middle of a ride. Scroll down and select the "Back to start" menu option. You will get two choices - "Along same route" or "Most direct route"
