Hi. I think you have uploaded your question twice. I suggest you delete the other one. If you want some help i think you should provide more details eg
How are you trying to upload - edge via wifi, or edge via phone?
If via the phone, is the phone showing the unit is connected ie showing the unit and a green dot on your GC app home screen?
If you go into history file of your unit, is the activity there ie saving correctly?
Have you tried finding the saved activity and pressing "upload" ?
I tried via bluetooth. My GC app was "making complete green dot round" after initiating transfer, but after the whole circle was made, ride didn't show up in app.
Later in the aftenoon I made another ride home, and then it synced with no problem. Together with morning ride as well :-).
