I purchased and installed Bontrager lights. Unfortunately, lights linked to a Garmin 530 do not work flawlessly.
Pairing lights works perfectly. Lights from the widget on the Garmin control well in combination. However, when switching off, the headlight remains on, the rear light does go out.
Even if I set the mode to individual and turn on both lights, I can't turn off only the headlight. If I first turn off only the taillight, then turning off the headlight is possible, which is obviously not very convenient.
I've tried re-pairing the lights, it makes no difference. Controlling with a Garmin smartwatch also gives the same behavior... Is this a defect in the headlight?
