Annoying weather alerts such as "Small Craft Advisory". Really? I'm on a bike!!

I'm sick of getting REPEATED Weather/Gale Warning/Flash Flood Warning & best of all "Small Craft Advisory" on my Edge 530.

What an annoying PITA, and aside from that it is completely useless'

Even when I turn off the alerts in the GC App, they re-appear on my next ride.

How can I PERMANENTLY turn off this useless feature?

    Just break the link of having the 530 connected to your phone. There is no need for it. if you want to know the weather, just check it before leaving home or on your phone whilst having a break if you need.

    If I do that I don't think that I can use Live Track.

    Most of us don't want weather on our Garmin in the first place, but this isn't letting us turn it off without disabling all other notifications.  Having incoming calls/texts show up so I know whether I need to stop and check them is a nice feature, but might have to give up on that just to stop getting the random weather alerts for places I am not even near.
