How to turn Bluetooth off?

Hi. 
 Is the a way to turn Bluetooth off? When i turn off the mobile phone search (that uses Bluetooth) my cardio band still connects using Bluetooth. 
 Can't we turn Bluetooth 100% off???

If this sensor has previously been connected, you can either remove it from the sensor menu entirely, or just disable it during periods when you do not wish to connect it.
