Speedsensor every month empty.

Since two month I must rep;ace the battery because these is empty. How knows the problem?

9230540 Is this a Garmin brand speed sensor? Are you seeing a low-battery message each time before replacing the battery?

Yes it's a Garmin and I get a message.

The same happened to me today when I got a low battery warning. But it was with a Bontrager Duo Trap S Speed Sensor. The battery is supposed to last 12 months and I only fitted it a couple of months ago.

I've seen this on two different speed sensors with the 8.20 firmware update, neither Garmin sensors.

I have report the problem to Garmin and I get a new sensor. The old one is from january 2020.

Went for a ride today, same route, same bike, same sensor, Bontrager Duo Trap S Speed etc, Firmware 8.2 update and I never got the message

I am sorry to hear that this required a replacement, but this should resolve that issue. That is not a common complaint for the speed sensor so I am confident you shouldn't be seeing this again with the new one.
