Basically, Garmin Edge says it is corrupted file and it cannot sync to Garmin Connect. I accessed the Edge 530's Activities folder and got the today's activity.
Even if I tried Fit File tools and the similar services it only shows like 2-3 kilometers of the beginning of the riding and the rest of the whole riding (about 100K) is gone.
The file size of FIT file is also too small like 17KB, whereas other activity file is at least 200-1000KB. I doubt the most of records are gone.
The thing is
I started workout by Navigation and paused the activity at the end of the riding and saved the ride about an hour later when I am back home.
Since it happened first time for me, I wonder it is something to do with recent firmware updates?
I have just attached the corrupted FIT file and how it is being shown at Edge device. You can see that Edge correctly shows the distance and total riding time but somehow it says it encountered error etc.
Is there anyway I can get my activity back?
