TrailForks (Device Message): Map is already unlocked

Hi all,

I recently purchased a Garmin edge 530 from the authorized seller in Israel (Ronlight).

I am trying to open the TrailForks app on the device (I followed the TrailForks YouTube tutorial) I authorized TrailForks via the Garmin Connect app, etc.

When I am prompted to log in to TrailForks (on the device), I am redirected to the Garmin ride profile page (road /mountain./commute main page) and a message appears that the map is already unlocked.

Any advice?

I'm also reluctant to perform a Factory Reset since I had to go especially to the dealership to have them upload Garmin Routable and TrailFork maps.
