Route transfer/import from Connect/Strava IQ/Komoot IQ to Edge 530 not working

Hey Guys you are my last hope,

for a few days (last transfered route is from June 18th) I am not able to load any route to my Edge 530. I've tried:

On V8.1

  • loading from Komoot IQ - Error when loading (could see all routes in the IQ-App before that)
    • Uninstalled/Reinstallled via Connect mobile app - same problem
  • loading from Strava IQ - Error 2050 (could see all routes in the IQ-App before that)
    • Uninstalled/Reinstallled via Connect mobile app - same problem
  • Sending routes from Garmin Connect mobile to Edge - sending worked, Edge syncs automatically but no new route is showing up in "routes"
    • I always have routes sorted by "newest first"; also I did go through all routes to see if I might have missed anything

Then I manually downgraded to V7.1 only to have the identically errors again.

Do you have any solution for this or can confirm the error?
