Version 8.00 Download

Garmin-Matthew you make beta available to us to expand your prerelease testing, and we do. It would be nice to give something back to the community and give us an official release download. We are still on the beta release and get nothing in return for testing?

I"m in AU and was able to get the V8 firmware last night - what else you asking for (apart from removing the Virtual Partner function) ?

For the ones with beta can we upgrade through Garmin connect or it needs to be Garmin express? It is a pity we don’t get the cgd file

Where is the update? I'm in Germany. Both Garmin Express and the device show "No update available"..... I am still on 7.10

I would promise to learn to love the VP, at least there is only one of them, if I could just get rid of these #%&!# direction arrows, they are endless !

The update rollout is at 50%- so it may take some time. Ich habe es für meinen 830er auch noch nicht bekommen. Take is easy

Dunno whether it is just a coincidence but after installing 8.00 and going for a ride, both my 530 and Fenix5+ show exactly the same 7 day Training Load.

My F5+ runs on sw 15.20 (withdrawn a couple of days after its release by Garmin).

What makes the exact match more sexy is that earlier I refrained from recording and saving my rides with both of my these devices, but since I got different TL numbers even with this carefulness, I gave this practice up. That is today I recorded and saved my ride with both gadgets.
