Syncross mount for detection jumps mtb for garmin edge 530

Hello, can anyone tell me if the syncross mount for scott fl 1.5 handlebars improves the detection of jumps in mtb compared to the garmin mount ?

    I assume it will not.

    The Edge is recognizing jumps based on the shock the unit is sensing (giro sensor I guess) and both this and the Garmin one will get the same feedback from the handlebar/steerer as these two are connected firmly.
