It happened to me twice already in 2 weeks. Neither the start nor the lap buttons work after I started a ride. There's no way I can pause/stop the ride, so I can't turn off the device either. I have to run the battery completely down, then charge it, turn it back on and then it works again. Anybody has any ideas what to do?
