I've been using my Edge 530 for quite some time now and initially I had no issues with the Smart Notifications. I am familiar with using the GC app to select which phone apps will trigger a Smart Notification on the Edge unit. Facebook Messenger is what my wife and I usually always use to text each other and these notifications used to reliably appear for me on the Edge unit. But for quite some time now, the Edge unit has been very inconsistent with showing me a notification when I have a new message. I'll often look after a ride and see notifications on my phone of messages which I was never alerted to via Smart Notification on the Edge. Or I'll actually hear my phone's notification ring but the Edge will not ever register the notification. I'll stop to check and sure enough, there is an unread new message that just came in. Sometimes standard text messages will behave this way too, but I mainly notice it with the Facebook Messenger notifications since that is what I'm usually using to communicate. Does anyone else have this behavior or have suggestions on how I can make these notifications reliably happen? Thanks.
