And more importantly what were the changes between 6.20 and 7.00?
Unfortunately Garmin does not publish the change log of the public versions here https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=14885 since 5.00, but I could figure out what happened between 5.00 and 6.20, also between 7.00 and 7.10 using the announcement threads. But I still miss the change log between 6.20 and 7.00. I found only an indirect reference to 7.00 here, https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/f/edge-530/247532/software-update-7-0 , but the link quoted there is not available any longer.
