530 Pauses on Downhills MTB

I use the 530 for mountain biking. When I do a downhill, it sometimes pauses the recording. I only notice at the end. I'm not sure why this happens. I have a rubber case around the outside, and I have just moved the strap away to the side. It still paused. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix?

Otherwise, I'm loving the unit.

    I'm also mountain biking enduro trails and also using a rubber case, but this never happened to me in my year plus time I own it.

    Are you fully updated?

    Did you adjust the automatic pause speed in teh profile? Maybe it is too high?

    Are you using sensors which are tied to you wheels? When breaking fully the activity geht's paused.

    I think I am up to date with software version. I'm running 7.10. 

    I don't generally bother with auto pause. I just checked, I have auto-pause off.

    What I noticed today is that it shuts down and sort of reboots. It seems to remember that I was on a ride, so not all is lost.

    Hi,

    I have no sensors other than heart rate coming from my watch.

    I just noticed that it isn't pausing per se. I just noticed the pause. When I saw today was that it seems to reboot and returns to the summary screen paused.
